- UNOCHA reported 669,000 people to have been affected by TC Sagar in Somaliland. At least 25 people were killed, 12 injured and 27 went missing. UNOCHA also reported that 32 fishermen on board 10 small boats were missing at sea out of Laasqoray, in Sanaag. Two people were confirmed dead in Puntland, a semi-autonomous northeastern region of Somalia, and another two in Djibouti.
